The History Begins for Polish Business WA

On 2 October 2025, a group of keen and motivated individuals came together at Hillarys Boat Harbour Breakwater to discuss the launch of Polish Business WA.  The conversation was dynamic and engaging, with ideas and concepts flowing freely as everyone shared their vision for the future.

Following this meeting, our first members officially signed up, demonstrating immediate community interest and support for the initiative.

Within the next few days, the inaugural committee was formed:

  • Kathy (Kasia) Stawarz – President
  • Dagmara Kiliszewska – Vice President & Secretary
  • Aneta Gradek – Vice President & Treasurer

To make the most of the team’s diverse skills, the committee developed a skills matrix to identify strengths, maximise contribution and support the effective running and growth of the organisation. This approach reflects PBWA’s commitment to transparency, capability and strong governance from day one.

This meeting marked the official beginning of Polish Business WA, laying the foundation for a vibrant community connecting Polish businesses and services across Western Australia.
